Blade In The Mist

A windows operating system and a Keyboard + Mouse is required to play.  Blade In The Mist .zip is the original version of the game. BITM_Stable_02 is the newest updated version with no camera smoothening and is slightly easier. Choose wichever you prefer.

Blade in the mist is a short 3D Third person action game with mix of survival horror and action. The project explores modern 3D Third person singleplayer game design and technological features.  The game follows a linear game flow, with a few talkable NPCs and dialogue. Various loot such as Weapons and equipment to help you overcome your foes. An open inventory system and melee combat inspired by modern fantasy swordfighting games. Low-Poly Dark Fantasy setting, Multiple enemy types with varying attacks and difficulty and a general Save/load system for saving all progression. Expected playtime is roughly 35-45 minutes in order to complete it.

Blade in the mist follows the journey of a lone operative named Meliodes, who is deep inside enemy territory on a hunt to find a man codenamed as "The alchemist". The games world takes place in an Ancient fictional Island called Mainland Gelnaeus. A big war is ongoing where human race fights for its survival against a race of giants that have emerged on the Island. Blade in the mist takes place 4 years after the birth of the giants, where humanity has settled on a smaller island next to Mainland Gelnaeus the humans call Edenfell, which is safe from the dangers that now dwell inside Mainland Gelnaeus.  

You've managed to stumble upon  somewhere  in the vicinity of a secret facility compound rumored to have been developing some form of potent explosive and the man behind this Pre-Giant era project might be the one Meliodes is looking for, and still be alive somewhere inside the areas main building known as The Wall.  This alchemist is the key in overcoming the corruption that runs rampart throughout the Island of Gelnaeus. But before getting inside the massive structure known as The Wall. Something is blocking Meliodes way.
